Aisha Ayoade is a Nigerian-born artist based in London whose work explores the idea of home as something moveable and ever-changing. Through painting & sculpture, she documents moments of rest, solitude, and familiar gatherings, drawing on memories of her childhood in Lagos and the cultural practices that shaped her.

Her work lives under the name Délé—short for Bámìdélé, a name given to her by her late grandmother translates to “arrive home” in Yoruba. Rooted in West African culture and design.
