    •    Once processed, your artwork is shipped on the next available business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery:

    •    We use trusted courier services to ensure your artwork is delivered safely.

    •    Domestic orders typically arrive within 7–10 business days.

    •    International orders may take up to 21 business days, depending on customs clearance.

    •     For international orders outside of the UK please contact us directly before making a purchase.

Shipping Charges & Collection Option:

    •    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and dimensions.

    •    Customers have the option to collect their artwork in person. If you choose this option, you will still be charged for professional packaging but will not incur a postage fee.

    •    Free shipping promotions may be offered periodically.

Tracking & Customs:

    •    A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped.

    •    For international shipments, please note that customs fees, taxes, and duties are the responsibility of the recipient.

Damage During Transit:

    •    Please inspect your package upon delivery. If your item is damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
