Crowning Glory
Crowning Glory reflects the complexity of Black women and natural hair as a site of spirituality, ancestry, creativity and resistance. Locs, braids and coils carry cultural memory while confronting discrimination. The work honours Black hair as sacred inheritance and sovereign identity.
