About the event

There’s Rice At Home

Join us on 1st May for the exclusive private view of There’s Rice At Home, a new collection of works by London-based artist and illustrator Kazvare Made It

Kazvare describes her art as “a resting place, that gives space for black people to feel seen and understood.”

This May, that resting place is Havant House.

You are invited to the private view of There’s Rice at Home, the debut solo exhibition from one of the most distinctive and celebrated voices in Black British art. Kazvare has never done a solo show before. This is her first. And for her debut, she has chosen to set it within a domestic space. A home. Because that is exactly what this work calls for.
