About the event
Framed in Black
This October, over 20 Black artists come together for Framed in Black, a group exhibition celebrating the diverse stories, experiences and perspectives that shape Black British life.
Across multiple mediums, the exhibition explores identity, heritage, belonging, migration, resilience and joy.
The title speaks to both the physical frame surrounding a work of art and something bigger: representation.
